How can I buy?

It’s as simple as filling out the form on the page “Where can I buy it” indicating the amount of units you want of each product.

What if my shipping address is wrong?

It is important that you make sure that the information provided is correct so we can get the package delivered to your home.

If you were not at home, a proof of the courier company will be left in your postbox and another delivery will be attempted the following day. You must contact the carrier to arrange another delivery or pick the package up at the office.

What are the transportation and handling costs?

Delivery times are from 24h-48h Iberian Peninsula since leaving the package.

For international deliveries it might take 1 or 2 days more.

Shipping costs depend on the quantity you request. Usually all orders are around € 6 (national).

For bigger orders, we will recalculate the costs and will let you know. You will always pay the best accurate price.

For orders over € 40, we will take care of the shipping costs.

What if the product arrives in bad conditions?

What should I do to return a product?

To return a product simply contact us indicating:

The conditions for returning are:

  • Communication must make the refund within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The return must be made in the original packaging without it having been opened.
  • If opened and the product does not match your expectations, the returned content must be at least 85% of the original weight.

If the biltong once examined at our facility does not meet the conditions mentioned above, the costs of collection and re-shipment of the product will be borne by the customer.
